Lens can vary, base on function, style and purpose. In order to ensure your eyes perform to the best of their ability in changing light conditions it is essential that you choose the right color lenses for your sunglasses.

Brown

Brown can improve both contrast and depth reception, reduce glare and it is a good all-around choice if you live in an area with changeable weather patterns. TThey also can enhance shades of green, such as grass, bushes, tree because they can filter out blue light.

Smoke, Gray

The most common type of lens color, they dim the bright sunlight to ease the strain on your eyes.  Gray tint is best for bright light situations like water sports because it blocks out the brightest of the suns rays.

Clear

Green

Green or gray- green lenses provide a uniform absorption of colors throughout the spectrum allowing allowing colors to be seen exactly as they are and therefore provide clearer and true vision.

Yellow

Yellow lenses have excellent contrast enhancement and depth perception properties. They’ re especially effective in night driving, haze, foggy or overcast conditions helping to increase visibility.

  • Glass

    Glass offers superior optical clarity and superior scratch-resistance. However, it’s heavier than other materials and expensive. Glass will "spider" when impacted (but not chip or shatter).
  • Tri Acetate Cellulose (TAC) 

    TAC feature a new lens technology formulated for superior visual and polarization clarity. They have a scratch coating and block 100% harmful UV rays up to 400 nanometers. These lenses are very lightweight and highly impact resistant.
  • Polycarbonate
    (PC)

    PC has excellent impact-resistance and very good optical clarity. It’s affordable, lightweight and low-bulk, but less scratch-resistant.
  • Nylon

    Nylon It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less.
